When the piece is complete we arrange delivery and, where needed, basic installation guidance so it sits correctly in your home.
How delivery is arranged
Every piece is made to order in our Chiniot workshop, so delivery is arranged for your piece once it is finished rather than from a warehouse. The details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp, in the same conversation where the piece was discussed and priced.
When you message us, it helps to tell us your city and anything we should know about the room — stairs, narrow doorways or lifts — so the delivery arrangement can be confirmed for your piece.
Installation
Where a piece needs assembling or positioning — a bed set, a dining table, a jhoola — we give basic installation guidance so it sits correctly and stays square. Ask about your piece on WhatsApp.
After delivery
